Bitchiness That boy does work with us. He came in to the office with the fixing gang he works with. He's obviously pretty new. I ducked behind my computer screen. Honestly. I feel a bit uneasy with him working for us. It's not like I knew him and I still don't but for some reason I don't like it that I now work with him in a round about way. Nothing really new to report. I haven't got up to anything other than work. Our bonus from last month was put on hold but we were told today we are supposed to receive it now. Whether we do or not is another matter. I'm also getting less motivated by the day. I know we have work to do, but I just don't want to do it. I'm trying not to hate the new girl too. Apparently she can do no wrong. She has been moved upstairs to do work up there, and the receptionist is now on her own again. But she doesn't stay up there, she constantly finds excuses to come back down or just cries that she is bored. If she actually asked for work she would be given something. It;s her attitude though. She doesn't want to work but she wants the money. She doesn't want to make the phone calls she has to. She doesn't want to work upstairs. She has only done this new job for 4 days and she is already complaining. One the 2nd day she asked to speak to the boss about it and complained she didn't like what she had to do. Basically he told her to give it a week and if she still didn't like it he'd find her another job to do. Like what?! I know if that had been me he would of said it was tough and that we all have to do things we don't want to. Why is she so special? She is now looking for a new job and I can honestly say I wouldn't miss her if she left. In fact I would like it. Hopefully they would get someone in to take over from her and they would be much better. Her special treatment is making me really dislike her at the moment. Is that nasty of me? |
