Passing time Mark has been here this weekend and he has only just left. We didn't really get up to much, although my computer is now fixed and his car is washed. The computer problem was a warped motherboard. Apparently it had bent in the centre and was touching some pins behind it, which cut the power so I couldn't use the computer. But it's all fixed now and working well. Yay. We have really nice weather this weekend, it's been sunny if a little chilly with a bit of a strong breeze, but it's been so nice we cleaned his car this afternoon. It was so dirty it needed 3 washes with shampoo just to make it look decent enough. Followed by a waxing and it looks lovely and shiny now. The next time Mark stays here we are washing my car if the weather is just as good as today. So other than that I haven't got up to anything. On Friday I ordered some flowers to be delivered on Sunday 18th March (Mothering Sunday) for my mum so that's my present sorted. My sisters have bought her a pair of earrings and a couple of jigsaws, so I didn't want to tread on their toes. I'm sure she'll love the tulips I've got her anyway, they look pretty. |
