Good Luck! My last minute clothes shopping today turned out to be a decent enough trip. I managed to buy a couple of tops that are completely different to what I used to wear to work, and I really like one of them. I had tried a few more on but one made me look like I had shoulders pads and the other just looked down-right wrong on me. I kind of look feminine too, which ain't all that bad. For a treat we also went out for a meal on our way home. I had my usual scampi and chips with profiteroles for dessert but they were SCRUMMY. We hadn't been out for ages and my sister and mum have both lost weight recently so it was a little celebration treat, plus it's my dads birthday on Wednesday too. My mum has done really well with losing weight. My sister has lost about 2 stone but her clothes sizes haven't changed. My mum on the otherhand has lost 1 stone that we know of (she didn't weigh herself from when she began losing weight) and she has gone down a clothes size in her tops. So tomorrow is the big day. I'm not too nervous yet. I already have everything sorted. My bag is full with everything I need, I know what clothes I'm wearing and the huge mountain of paperwork I had to complete is all filled in and sitting on my desk ready for the morning. So I guess this is it and I'm sending myself a huge dollop of good luck, confidence and success. |
