Boring, boring, blah, blah Work is dull this week. Only been back there two days, we haven't had many phone calls and I've literally not done a thing. I think I've printed out something and hole punched it, that's as far as my jobs go this week. However, tomorrow I shall be having much fun moving the desks around in our office. Office Manager wants us to be facing outwards towards a window or wall rather than inwards. Plus this will give us more room through our tiny office. Three people work in there and with all the traffic wondering through it does get a bit hectic at times. Even more appealing to me is the fact I'll place my computer screen so no one can see it and surf the internet when I'm bored. That will teach them! Saturday I'm getting my hair cut. I haven't had it cut for nearly 14 weeks (I think) and it's looking awful. My highlights have really grown out, I need some more colour or my roots doing. The end of my hair sits on my shoulders and basically balloons out and doesn't look like it's been brushed all day. I'm hoping for a more sleeker sophisticated look. Something that frames my face, is around chin length but doesn't take up too much time what with styling etc. I have a picture I'm taking with me to the hairdresser and I'll see what she thinks. Luckily I have an hours appointment to discuss my hair so I'm sure we'll find something suitable. I'm not doing anything else this weekend. Mark isn't working but is spending some time at home, he needs some rest. His christmas rota at work has been all over the place and he hasn't had much time to catch up on sleep. We're seeing each other the following weekend though, although I doubt we'll do much. Why do I seem so incredibly boring compared to others? All I do is work, sleep or see Mark. Hardly anything fascinating to write about is it? I know I'm just feeling a little frustrated at the minute. It's a new year and I want to get out there and try new things, but they cost money and that's something I don't have a lot of at the minute. Hmph. |
